SENIOR SPORTSMAN LITE
        
  • Same as 2006 - except that you can run a wet or dry disk clutch per LVKC club option.
  • Will run with HPV-3 Lite and will be considered a single class - except that the HPV-3 Lite will weigh 340 lbs. 20 lbs. heavier than Super Sportsman Lite at 320 lbs. This will be evaluated over a two month period to see if more weight will be needed on the HPV-3 to level the playing field.
SENIOR SPORTSMAN HEAVY
        
  • Same as 2006 - except that you can run a wet or dry disk clutch per LVKC club option.
  • Will run with HPV-3 Heavy and will be considered a single class - except that the HPV-3 Heavy will weigh 380 lbs. 20 lbs. heavier than Super Sportsman Heavy at 360 lbs. This will be evaluated over a two month period to see if more weight will be needed on the HPV-3 to level the playing field.
HPV – 3 LITE

  • WKA rules per HPV-3 class
  • Will run with Super Sportsman Lite and considered a single class - HPV-3 Lite will weigh 340 lbs. 20 lbs. heavier then Super Sportsman Lite at 320 lbs. and will be evaluated over a two month period to see if more weight is needed to be added to the HPV-3 Lite to level the playing field

  • Added to LVKC Championship Classes for 2007 under WKA rules, with weight change to 365 lbs.
  • Must follow rules for R-MAX series when theses races are run at Las Vegas track.
ROTAX MASTERS
        
  • Added to LVKC Championship Classes for 2007 under WKA rules, with weight change to 405 lbs.
  • Must follow rules for R-MAX series when theses races are run at Las Vegas track.
MINI – MAX
        
  • Rules same as any WKA cadet class
  • Must have spec. intake and exhaust restrictors
  • Gearing is open
  • Jetting is open
  • All engine rules are the same as Jr. Rotax
  • Weight 255 lbs.
Rotax DD – 2
        
  • Rotax style engine
  • Two speed and will run with shifter class
  • Weight 385 lbs.
  • Will not be considered a LVKC Championship Class unless there is a positive response which will be evaluated by the LVKC BOD.
SHIFTER

  • Will run with DD-2 when available unless there is a positive response which will be evaluated by the LVKC BOD.
  • Not considered a LVKC Championship Class unless there is a positive response which will be evaluated by the LVKC BOD.
TAG

Rotax R-Max series will run Mojo tires for the 2007 season. The first two non R-Max races Rotax Classes will be allowed to run Mojo or Bridgestone - then they will be required to run Mojo for the rest of the 2007 season.
       
NOTE: LVKC rules and spec for classes and driver as well as club options are designed to make racing competitive, fun and affordable but maybe in violation of sanctioning bodies or racing series rules and spec. If you are going to race in any WKA sanctioned race at the LVKC or any other venue or racing series refer to their tech rules for you may be in violation of age weight or equipment violation. Refer to LVKC RULE (Section 4.9)
