Brian Williams

Why and when
did you start racing go-karts? I
started racing after helping Casey Neuman with her Jr.
1 kart in 2005. In 2006 I got into the Jr. 1's myself.
In 2007 I began racing the Jr. Rotax division. The main
reason I got into racing is because I've been around it
my entire life. My dad raced for 30 years and is still
planning to race, he has won 8 championships at the local
race track. A lot of my family has also raced or is still
racing. My Grandpa and uncle ran karts. My cousin is in
a kart. My older brother races Rotax international, and
My younger brother races micros, we're trying to get my
sister in a kart. I have a uncle and a cousin who race
at the bullring. My Grandpa and Grandma used to race also.
How's that for a racing family.
What type of kart
do you race? CRG Kali kart
Why did you choose
the class and chassis you are racing?
We chose the class because we already had
a friend in the class plus we think the Rotax's are the
best choice. We chose the chassis because it was the best
we could find for a decent price.
What advise would
you give someone wanting to start racing? Come
out to the track make some friends and talk to people.
Look for a kart for sale, learn about the track.
What are your
other hobbies? Video
games, r/c cars, four wheelers
What is your favorite
saying? Don't have one
What would you like
people to know about you? I'm
shy but always like to meet new people.
